Rangsk Wheel Manager helps administer wheel perks for Rangsk supporters across YouTube memberships and Patreon. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Google account profile data used for sign-in (email, name, avatar).
- Patreon identity and membership entitlement data used for sign-in and access control (Patreon user ID, display name, avatar, and entitlement amounts).
- Membership data imported from YouTube CSV exports (channel ID, display name, tier, join dates).
- Wheel entry selections you or an admin provide (Wordle entries and bonus game selections).
- Audit logs of administrative actions to keep the system accountable.
How we use information
- Authenticate admins and supporters and restrict access to their data.
- Maintain wheel entries, ticket counts, and snapshot history.
- Provide operational history for troubleshooting and integrity checks.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with service providers needed to run the application (for example, Google OAuth and Patreon OAuth for login) and as required by law.
Data retention
We retain membership snapshots, wheel entries, and audit logs as long as the service is active or as needed for operational history.
Your choices
You can update your wheel selections through the member portal. If you need a copy of your data or wish to remove your account, contact Rangsk.
