YouTube Wheel Manager is provided to manage wheel membership perks for the Rangsk YouTube channel. By using this service, you agree to the terms below.

- You are responsible for the accuracy of your wheel selections.
- Admins may edit entries to keep wheels consistent with membership status.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to view.
- Do not submit abusive, illegal, or disruptive content in wheel entries.
- Do not interfere with the operation of the service.
